The apartment was a fabulous base for exploring Florence. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was super in the very hot weather. Having a kitchenette was brilliant. The view was amazing.

We were close to all major attractions. There was a lift so it made staying on the second floor easy. We were a group of 6 and it’s fine but the space would be more comfortable with 4 or less. Breakfast was included in the cafe next door which was a nice bonus. Check in/out east and staff very helpful in organising transfer to train. Make sure to bring your personal insect spray. Mozzies have been an issue all throughout our stay in Tuscany at this time of year.

What an excellent place to stay! We were a party of 7 and had so much space in a really nice apartment across multiple bed rooms and bathrooms, with really good air conditioning! We were likely to arrive after the advertised check-in time. I contacted via Booking.com and they reassured that we would be able to do this via security staff. When we arrived we very quickly got the key and could settle in quickly. The included breakfast was nice in the cafe next door. We were offered a pastry, a ham and cheese toastie, a coffee and a juice. Not a huge amount compared with a buffet breakfast but was a pleasant change for us all which we all enjoyed!

Very well run, very clean. And modern. Comfortable bed and well thought out bed sit. Staff were lovely.

The location was amazing. I could see the cathedral from my bedroom. The bedrooms were very spacious. The bathroom was quite large. Overall, the price for the size of the space we stayed in, was quite good.

The suites were super clean and posh. Location is nice. Staff was nice and texted to me as we were delayed.

It was so close to everything in the florence city center. Never had to walk more than 16 minutes. And we saw a lot of attractions. We never had to drive anywhere, and we were really close to restaurants, Conad supermarket, and our favorite gelato place, Il Procopio!!!
